Jonathan's The Rub

In 2008, Jonathan set upon combining spices and ingredients and, after 100 days, hence The Rub was born. The Rub is a blend of spicy, salty, sweet and savory spices all in balance, created for the passionate palette for maximum flavor. While The Rub literally refers to this special ingredient, it shares a deeper meaning; taken from Shakespeare (“To be or not to be…”), The Rub represents the very physical and tangible aspects of Jonathan’s restaurant, as well as the emotional connection and passion for it. Join Jonathan for Happy Hour Monday - Friday from 3 - 6 PM.

Memorial Green is Jonathan's second location and continues to maintain the original restaurant's menu, as well as feature a dedicated bar area and full cocktail menu.
